Be vigilant as cyclists and pedestrians will typically be out in the morning and evenings. Additionally, drivers should follow these tips:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Turn on their headlights during twilight hours<\/li>\n<li>Stop for pedestrians in crosswalks.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to the posted speed limit.<\/li>\n<li>When turning yield to pedestrians and cyclists.<\/li>\n<li>Look before opening your car door.<\/li>\n<li>Be careful when passing stopped vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Allow three feet when passing cyclists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cyclist Road Safety<\/h2>\n<p>Similarly, cyclists will be traveling on the roadways the same as motorists.
