Daughter of Cuban/Peruvian immigrants, Cynthia is a Tampa resident of over 20-years. Furthermore, Cynthia is an integrated member of the Tampa community. And, has attended local schools, colleges, and is now raising her family here. Cynthia has worked as a paralegal/case manager for over 11 years. Thus, experiencing firsthand the process of helping those in such a vulnerable situation. She decided then that this would be the field she would become dedicated to and committed to.

Maryann is part of the 1% of women who are board-certified civil trial lawyers and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Maryann’s passion is in litigating and trying cases to get the best possible result for her injured clients. She is not afraid to put in the time, money, and effort that is required throughout the litigation process, and if that doesn’t produce top dollar for her clients, she will take her cases to a jury trial.

Avedis began his legal career as a prosecutor in the 10th Judicial Circuit in Polk County. He handled thousands of criminal cases—from simple misdemeanors to complex DUI charges—and secured verdicts that included consecutive life sentences.

Today, he uses that experience as a former State Attorney to protect his clients. His approach focuses on compassionate and aggressive representation, with a clear commitment to defending those who need it most.

Born and raised in Florida, Jared represents individuals facing criminal charges throughout the state. He approaches every case with a focus on preparation, strategy, and clear communication, ensuring that clients understand their options at every stage.

Jared has handled a high volume of criminal cases, including complex felony matters, and is experienced in guiding cases from investigation through resolution. Sheila began her legal career as a prosecutor in the 13th Judicial Circuit in Tampa. There she honed her trial skills and learned the system from the inside out.

With more than 50 jury trials and hundreds of other trials behind her, she’s known for giving her all to every case. Born and raised in New York, Zach began his legal career at the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor, where he litigated thousands of criminal offenses, including felonies.

After handling cases from both a prosecution and defense perspective, Zach delivers every day—even outside of the courtroom.

Brandon formed Jones Law Group, P.A. in 2014, with the mission of pioneering a new approach to partnering with clients to alleviate their concerns and streamline the legal experience. Today, Brandon’s law firm, Jones Law Group, P.A., practices under the name “RHINO Lawyers” and helps anyone who is injured or arrested. His personal mission is to touch and change the lives of the people he helps.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Brandon began his legal career at a prominent South Florida plaintiff’s personal injury law firm. From there, he then went on to work at a large insurance defense firm. While he enjoyed the legal challenge and experience, Brandon knew in his heart that he wanted to represent people whose lives are impacted by the negligence of others, including corporations.
